Acchrom-Tech S6000 2D HPLC System has emerged as a powerful analytical technique that enhances separation capabilities and improves peak capacity in complex samples.

It’s a combination of two difference orthogonal separation mechanism, independent chromatography columns, where sample is separated by the two difference columns one by one. According to analysis application, it’s generally used as two application modes, full 2D and Heart-cutting 2D. Full 2D mode is mainly used to increase peaks capacity in complex matrix sample analysis. Heart-cutting is a technique which trap the desired fractions  and divert them to the second-dimension column, while the non-target components are discarded.

Currently, S6000 2D HPLC System is widely used at fat-soluble vitamins analysis, let users’ analysis process and result comply with requirement both from GB5009.296.2023 and GB5009.82.2016 regarding vitamin A, E, D analysis in food.
